GROUP CLASSES

In a small group setting, CrossFit certified trainers will guide you through an hour long workout focussed on building skill, endurance, and strength. The workouts can be scaled for people of any age, any gender, and of any fitness level; our youngest athlete is 12, and our oldest is 52 🙂

At Inquilab, you are not a ‘client’ to us; you are an athlete willing to learn and get better. That is why we create a non-judgemental and supportive environment for everyone to excel. Your group will be your tight-knit community of accountability buddies, pursuing the same goal as you, and encouraging you to go a little further in every class.

1:1 TRAINING

We recommend personal training if you:

  1. Have specific fitness needs ex: weight loss, muscle gain, increase endurance
  2. Are recovering from an injury
  3. Want to excel in a specific sport

Our trainers, some of the best CrossFit athletes in India, will evaluate your fitness level and create a custom fitness program for you, tailored to your needs. These sessions are usually 1:1, but can be 1:2/1:3 if you’re a group with similar needs who’d like to work-out together.

We have experience training celebrities like Anurag Kashyap, Kangana Ranaut, Tamanna Bhatia, Tapsee Pannu etc. If you have specific 1:1 coaching needs – on-location or travel coaching- please contact us.

We will ask you to perform our evaluation workout, and based on your performance and personal goals, our coaches will create a personalised training schedule for you that you can perform on your own, wherever you are.

  • Bi-weekly catch-up with coach via e-mails for queries and guidance

Coaches Internship Program

A box is only as good as its coach, and Inquilab is led by these coaches who inspire people to be the best version of themselves, every single day. We want to instill this core value of passionate and skillful coaching in our future coaches through our Coaching Internship Program.

  • 4 months of intensive mentorship and training from India’s best CrossFit athletes
