“If you have specific fitness needs, are recovering from an injury, or want to excel in a specific sport, we recommend Inquilab’s 1:1 training. Our trainers will evaluate your fitness level and create a custom fitness program for you, tailored to your needs. These sessions are usually 1:1, but can be 1:2/1:3 if you’re a group with similar needs who’d like to work-out together.”
